This isn’t a brand new story, but it is typical of what happens to alternative cancer treatment practitioners.  As you will see, it doesn’t matter whether or not they are licensed physicians or dentists, or whether or not the treatment actually works.  The critical factor is whether or not the treatment is profitable to Big Pharma and the related interests.  The bottom line is that if the treatment would undermine big corporate profits, it is certain to be scrapped and flushed down the ‘memory hole’.

This is about a treatment method that was actually designed by a Dr. William Kelley, a dentist who operated out of Texas.  He used a nutritional approach to fight cancer, and cured himself of what the medical establishment calls terminal Stage 4 pancreatic cancer.  His treatment method uses three main strategies to restore the body to health.  They are nutritional support, detoxification and supplementation with pancreatic enzymes.  These are probably things that would help out someone who was normal, and would not harm anyone in the way that conventional cancer treatments hurt patients.

Flash up to 1981, when a Dr. Nicholas Gonzalez from New York visited Dr. Kelley, and had the opportunity to review the entirety of Dr. Kelley’s records. Gonzalez immediately noticed that some of the cases were not average.  He found reports of cancer patients still living 5 to 15 years after diagnosis by using Kelley’s treatment system.  Dr. Gonzalez, a medical student at this time, later pushed for a formal research study, which he pursued while doing his fellowship in cancer, immunology and bone marrow transplantation.

In the study, Dr. Gonzalez picked 50 of Kelley’s patients out of the 455 that he interviewed.  These were not Kelley’s best cases, as he wanted to pick representative cases.  His findings were extraordinary.  In summary, Dr. Kelley’s cancer treatment method was not a total cure. Nothing really is a total cure for any disease because of individual differences in patients and their circumstances.  But it was obvious that Kelley’s regimen definitely had a strong beneficial effect on cancer, and on cancer patient survival rates in many (if not most) patients that used it.

But Dr. Gonzalez found that he could not get his study or a book about Dr. Kelley’s method published.  Although the method had shown that it was the best in history for the treatment of pancreatic cancer, the treatment was basically maligned and suppressed.  The National Cancer Institute (NCI) had funded a study on this method with $1.4 million to compare results of Kelley’s method versus the best chemotherapy drug at the time.

Unfortunately, even though the mainstream media reports or the study itself will never admit this, or even acknowledge its existence, the Kelley method of treatment was purposely sabotaged by NCI.  This would serve two purposes.  The first is to make it appear that a rigorous scientific study proved that Dr. Kelley’s regimen was ineffective.  Secondly, it would cause virtually all physicians and the public to lose interest in it.

The proof is that Dr. Gonzalez filed a complaint with the Office of the Human Research Protection (OHRP).  After they undertook an investigation of the study, they found that 42 of the 62 patients in the study should not have been used.  But this story was not widely reported, so the bogus study has been the only one that was covered in the media.

This is not the first time that a study that was performed on an alternative cancer therapy has been sabotaged.  A similar thing was done with laetrile/vitamin B-17/amygdalin.  This happens because there are entrenched interests that make billions and trillions of dollars based on the status quo in mainstream cancer treatment.

As long as the people continue to believe in the medical establishment and their poison cancer ‘treatments’, cancer will never be cured.  It is much too financially lucrative to treat cancer than to cure it.  This may sound incredible to the casual reader, but it is the truth.  And the proof is that there have been literally trillions spent on cancer research and treatment, but the only approved treatments are basically the same that they were 75 years ago: surgery, radiation and chemotherapy.  That’s a dead giveaway.
