There have been reports and articles that discuss the practice of mammography.  It is alleged that there has been overscreening for breast cancer and conflicts of interests on major boards.  Five radiologists have served as presidents of the American Cancer Society (ACS).  The ACS has a great tendency to promote the interests of the manufacturers of mammogram devices and films, which included Siemens, Piker, General Electric, DuPont and Eastman Kodak.

Dr. Samuel S. Epstein and Rosalie Bertell, Ph.D report that the mammography industry conducts research for the ACS and its grantees, serves on advisory boards, and makes large donations to it.  They do all sorts of promotional things for ACS.  In short, ACS is very strongly linked with the mammography industry, while attacking and ignoring breast self examination, procedures that don’t produce profits for the cancer industry. continue reading…

This is another great video that discusses the origins of the AMA and how it was a tiny trade association before they aligned with growing corporations and industrialists like Rockefeller to monopolize the medical field.  They turned medicine into a profit-making enterprise, with little regard for the effects upon the patients receiving the toxic treatments.

This video speaks on alternative cancer treatment people like Hoxsey and Dr Andrew Ivy who worked with Krebiozen.  Hoxsey used a herbal tonic to successfully treat scores of cancer patients, and Dr. Ivy was a well-respected medical researcher who was trashed after he embraced the non-allopathic substance.

Hoxsey and Dr Ivy both described deliberate conspiracies that were used to squash them.  It is one thing when something is a ‘conspiracy theory’, but totally different when there is actual evidence to prove that these conspiracies are real.  Don’t let the people who profit from this to use you as their own personalized profit center.  It wouldn’t be quite so bad if these allopathic treatments weren’t poisonous and dangerous, but they are. Educate yourself and take back your power so that you can use it for your own benefit.

I have seen reports that Vitamin C, given intravenously, is a powerful form of treatment for cancer.  I hope that you already realize that Big Pharma will definitely be against this because it will mean the end of charging exorbitant rates for chemotherapy drugs and radiation ‘therapy’.  They can’t patent Vitamin C. And this is the reason why they will never do any research on it, or work to make it popular.

The corporations’ only priority is to make profit.  All other considerations are of relatively minor importance.  Meditate on this and understand it.  It is the key to understanding the data that passes for news and ‘scientific’ studies that you see plastered all throughout the mass media.  Remember that the mass media gets paid billions of dollars for all of those polished advertisements for pharmaceutical drugs.  So they make money while the patients get to take poisons masquerading as medicines.

This is not surprising.  Big Pharma is not interested in any substance that they are not able to make massive profits selling.  DCA is not patentable, therefore they are not interested, regardless of how effective it may happen to be.  So if you truly think that these pharmaceutical companies are doing everything possible to find a cure for cancer, you are mistaken.  What they are doing is trying to find drugs that make big profits.  Notice that they are not truly concerned with the toxicity, side effects, or effectiveness of the drugs that they produce.  They can’t possibly be concerned with the toxicity of their drugs because chemotherapy is so toxic that health care workers that handle them often have to don HAZMAT suits, if you can believe that.  And the danger of radiation is legendary, so it needs no further comment.

This is just one instance of how Big Pharma companies operate. This video isn’t about cancer (directly), but it will show you how these companies do business, and how they shamelessly flaunt the law. In fact, the laws apparently don’t mean much to them. It’s all just a business expense to them. They are obviously making more money by breaking the laws than they could by following them. Their only consideration is the ‘bottom line’, and the effects of the drugs on the patients is of a much lower priority.

I found an article that speaks about the use of internet searches to find and correlate data from various online databases that may offer help in finding new treatments for cancer.  The title of the paper is The Power of the Web in Cancer Drug Discovery and Clinical Trial Design: Research without a Laboratory? The article caught my attention, and appears to have good information for use by medical professionals.  But as you probably already suspect, I have a few concerns with it.

The Cancer Treatment business is a very large business–one of the largest in the world.  There are literally many hundreds of billions of dollars spent on cancer drug research.  In fact, a lot of Big Pharma companies are beginning to devote more research efforts into cancer research.  It is a very lucrative market.  Cancer drugs are extremely expensive.  The average cancer patient spends approximately $100,000 on cancer treatments.  What is amazing to me is that the expenditure is very high, but the probability of success (i.e., a cure or long life with a high quality-of-life) is small, despite industry statistics.

Big Pharma is starting to show more interest in cancer drugs because the other markets are beginning to wane.  Although there have been big successes with drugs in other market niches, the cancer niche is ripe for more profits. continue reading…
